Bar Food

Today is the day we finally go to George's Bar. We have been talking with friends John and Francis about going to this bar for lunch for the past few days. The word is the burgers are great and we are ready to check them out. Last year John was going to take Francis there but he got sick and couldn't go, today Francis came down with a high fever and won't be going with us. We gathered Jim, Betty, Marilyn and Joe and set out for the day's adventure. The bar is located about 3 miles from us down a narrow road and next to Orange Lake. We had visions of a Better Burger or maybe a Beef and Brick. Unfortunately we won't be able to enjoy these sandwiches until we get back home and there certainly wasn't anything at George's that came close. Ho hum burgers, cold fries and smoke. Apparently the one place you can smoke inside in Florida is George's Bar. Ah well, we tried.
