Stretch and Tone

Diane started her day off at the "Stretch & Tone" class this morning. Sixty women and two men participated in the hour long class; and no, Mark wasn't one of those two men! He walked for an hour, singing to his iPod instead. We have yet to start those "Lose 20 Lbs. Before We Come Home" diets. It's not looking too good for those!

Monday is Ladies' Golf Day (or at least for a few hours in the afternoon). High stakes of $1.50 per golfer are divided up between the lowest putt pool, the chip-in pool, and the winning team. And no, I didn't win anything. The girl I rode with is a local, and she gave me a sack of naval oranges she picked off her trees this morning. Juicy, delicious, and gigantic. Most are the size of grapefruits we see in the grocery stores at home. She also owns her own beauty shop close by. I'm going to visit her in a few weeks since Kathy is 5 states away.
