It's Always Something

This morning brought yet another first for this winter's excursion. We awoke to frozen water pipes. Fortunately the sun was out and we were dry for only an hour after waking up. Even though Mark unhooked the water hose last night, the pipes still froze.

Please note - WE ARE NOT COMPLAINING!!! In no way does this very-temporary condition compare to what our friends and family back home are suffering through.

We did discover one thing today - that are truly some die-hard golfers in this park. For the Tuesday/Thursday golf scrambles held every week, there were at least 20 people out there in the 40 mph, 40 degree weather today. These people are not spring chickens; if they get sick, it may be their last rounds forever!

We did discover that one of the women running the golf club house is from Fenton, MO. This however, will not get us a "deal."

So before I write to many more comments I just want to know that you have figured out how to actually READ the comments! Glad to know frozen pipes is nothing to complain about - enjoy. It's starting to thaw a little in Atlanta so I am sure you two will be back in the 80's soon. Love ya!
