Wii Are Holding Firm

We've discovered a place to take Butch to run crazy without a leash.  There's a new athletic complex about 2 miles from the RV park.  They have numerous baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park, and a large conference center.  A couple of weeks ago we tried to get him onto one of the baseball fields, but the city keeps them all locked up since they play baseball all winter long, and these are very nice fields.  We did discover a pair of older tennis courts that don't get used any longer and there's a fence surrounding them with a gate to close.  He loves to run as fast as he can for about five minutes to work out all that energy.  After working all this weekend, we'll be heading there on Monday morning.

Mark has still been visiting the chiropractor a couple of times a week.  We're praying for pain relief.  We've had some interesting nights trying to sleep with those darn spasms.

The park is still empty of winter Texans so not much activity except for Wii exercising and cards at night.  The women still have not won a game.

Two of the couples we play cards with are military retirees so they visit the PX in San Antonio or Corpus Christi occasionally.  They all went to San Antonio on Thursday to stock up.  Gene and Charlene ended up buying a Wii since Gene says Charlene's butt is "firmer than it's ever been" since doing the Wii exercises.  Gene and Charlene will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in a couple of weeks!

Our other kayak showed up on Thursday.  We're gonna inflate and try it out in the pool next week.  Not sure when we'll head to the lake since we have no life jackets.

Mark and Butch enjoying the nice outdoors while we were working yesterday.  After we got all of our duties completed, we headed outside.  It was an extremely slow day in the office.  I'm hoping today is the same since it's gonna be pushing 80 degrees again.
