Shave and A Haircut

Monday was going to be the day to get Butch a haircut.  Unfortunately, the groomers at the place we were going to take him had Mondays off.  Since it was 90 degrees and very windy, we decided to hit the links.  We teed off around 11:00am with 25 mph gusts, but cloudy so it was bearable - especially since we rode.  I think that this is the perfect time to go.  When we tee off around 9:30, we always have to wait for several slow fivesomes.

Butch got into the groomer around 9:00 this morning.  He didn't give the groomer a bit of trouble.  He's a very handsome guy now!

I had to get the laundry done today since we'll be working 4 1/2 of the next 5 days.  We only have 3 work shirts each so we must stay fairly clean so we can wear them more than once, or wash every couple days.  One of mine is long sleeved so I only wear two of them.  No one does laundry on Tuesdays so it was a breeze; in and out in  an hour, $6.50 the poorer.

The pool now feels fabulous.  Now Mark only says "brrrr, you're nuts" a few times before feeling comfortable.

It was 90 degrees today; water was 82.  Not perfect, but refreshing!
