On Saturday morning Diane was attempting to respond to her sister's e-mail when the computer screen went dark. After several tries at powering down and restatring we realized that the laptop was broken. We called Dell support and after an hour on hold listening to wonderful on hold music we were connected to Joshua. After several false starts both us and Joshua decided that the laptop really was broke. The part is ordered, field service is gearing up and hopefully we will be back on line by Thursday. Until that time the blog will be silent.

A silent blog is so sad - you need to hurry back, I miss it!
You should email Dell and recommend they get a custom on hold message like this site provides. That might help alleviate the wait.
